I am a lifelong Habs fan, born and still living in Montreal. In 2010, when the Habs went to the ECF, Team Canada won Olympic Gold, and both my boys began playing hockey, I became a lot more knowledgeable about the game and a more active (read: rabid) fan. Combining my passion for writing, my hockey knowledge and my love of the Habs, writing about them is the perfect job. I adore the human interest side of sports and the positive impact of being a fan. I hope to enhance readers' insights, as well as learn about my audience, with my writing about the Canadiens. I also hold a Masters degree in Educational Technology, and am a cyberbullying awareness educator.
