The Habs are still in the market for two solid depth forwards, who will play in the top-six formation. Forwards Jason and Nick Robertson, both brothers and players in the NHL. As Jason Robertson currently represents the Dallas Stars, his brother plays for the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Nick, being the more notable player, due to the Habs & Leafs rivalry. However, Jason Robertson represents a superstar like an elite-calibre player with the attributes to make high-percentage plays and score regularly throughout the season.
Moreover, his performance during the playoffs he has been involved in, with the Dallas Stars, has been good. Both Roberston's would be an ideal fit for the Montreal Canadiens. Who will need two gritty forwards who know each other's game to a tee.
This would improve the chances of the club taking it to the limit during the regular season and maintaining a close contention level during next year's postseason. It would give the team plenty of depth and a high-scoring touch on the ice.
Taking a look at the aspects of the Robertson brothers playing for the Montreal Canadiens
Another aspect would be the offensive potential with the lineup formation if acquired with Jason playing on the top-two lines and brother Nick playing in the middle-six lineup. Both are accredited scores who also know how to get their team involved.
Jason Robertson can be a thorn in the opposing team's side, especially with the style of gameplay he brings to the table. His ability to shine is quite similar to that of forward Cole Caufield and Captain Nick Suzuki's gameplay.

Nick brings a physical type of tenacious skating ability that can convert into goals for his squad. He knows where to take the puck on the ice and keep his teammates open on ice to make high-percentage plays.
Both forwards would be a rewarding addition to the Montreal Canadiens' roster and keep the team intact. This would bring a considerable advantage to the lineup and give the Habs a favourable edge in consistently winning games.
To analyze both brothers' games a little more. Jason Robertson possesses a high IQ of the game of hockey. He is an incredibly talented forward who plays the game to his liking quite well. Nick Robertson also has a pretty good IQ of the game.
He has a good physical size and follows his teammates' lead and takes charge himself to score goals during low-percentage plays. The Robertson brothers to the Montreal Canadiens would be the blockbuster deal of the summer, providing the Habs squad with the added scoring touch they need.
