Like we said in our assists article, Matheson sitting in fifth on this list after playing just 49 games is a bad look for the Canadiens. They need more players to step up and start contributing if they want to be contenders in the Eastern Conference. A full season of Alex Newhook and Kirby Dach should put one or two of those players on this list next season.
