Armia has some great battles with the Vegas Golden Knights in his career. Vegas ended his Winnipeg career with a playoff victory in 2017, then Armia helped lead the Canadiens to the Conference Finals win over the Golden Knights in 2021. The Vegas front office knows how valuable Armia can be during a playoff run, and they need some depth on the wings in their bottom six.
Armia would become a fan favorite in Vegas, and is the type of player that may put them over the top in the Pacific Division.
