Montreal Canadiens: The TSN Turning Point of the season

The Montreal Canadiens are back at the Bell Center, but it finally feels right as Carey Price will be shutting the door for them.

Hockey Night in Canada didn’t feel the same for the Montreal Canadiens without Carey Price in net. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll miss the Wall of Charlie Lindgren deeply, but there’s a comforting feeling of having your number one goaltender playing. Additionally, I doubt this will be the last time we see Lindgren with the Habs.

We’ve all heard of the TSN Turning Point before. If you haven’t, it’s the point of the game where the momentum starts to swing for the other team. Nine times out of ten that leads to a win at the end of the night.

With this game against the Buffalo Sabres, the Habs have a chance to create their own TSN Turning Point. However, instead of being in a game, it’s for the remainder of the season. The playoffs are within reach when you look at how the Atlantic Division is set up. Montreal needs to start winning these kinds of games and turn it into a streak.

Unfortunately, none of us are psychic. We’ll have to wait and see how the rest of the year plays out. Montreal is close enough where they can make it enjoyable. Anyway, that was my attempt at sending some optimism you’re way. Here are some morning reads to add on to it.
